We distinguish you among other customers simply by your customer number (automatically issued by our server) and a PIN code you choose and give us when you obtain an account ID. That’s it – NO personally identifiable information at all!

We protect the privacy of children as well by NOT collecting personally identifiable information on our servers, such as a full name or email address. Further, we do NOT post messages or submissions that contain personally identifiable information.

If we are contacted via email, we only use the email address to respond to your query. Your email address is not stored on our servers and will NOT be used for any other purpose.
